Ingredients

  • 1 kgMota qeema
  • 2chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 2 tbspchopped coriander and mint
  • 1 cupchopped green onion
  • 2 tbsptikka masala
  • 1 tspred chilli powder ,
  • 2 tbspchilli flakes
  • 2 tbspcoriander whole
  • 1egg
  • 3 tbspyoghurt
  • 2 tbspraw papaya paste
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 cupBesan

Steps

  1. 1

    First marinate qeema with all the ingredients except vegetables and flour for 1 hour

  2. 2

    Then mix all vegetables and flour and mix it

  3. 3

    Then fry it like pakora.
