Cheesy Italian style biscotti

This is my own innovation. Biscotti are nothing but doubled baked biscuits. Instead of making it sweet I made some changes in it by adding cheese and Italian herbs. Gave it a spicy taste. For cheese I have used normal cheese available at home. The best is chedder cheese.
