Ingredients

  • 2soaked chanadal for 4 hours
  • 2chopped onions
  • 2 spoonginger garlic paste
  • 1 spoonschilli paste
  • As per taste Salt
  • as per tastered chilli powder
  • as per tasteTurmeric powder
  • as per tastedhaniya powder
  • 7-8chopped Currys leaves
  • 1 spooncoriander leaves
  • As required Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First, take the soaked chana dal in a bowl strain the water.

    And mix with all the ingredients given above then make small balls out of it and keep in a plate.

    Now heat the oil then make it flame medium and fry the balls in the oil press the ball little and give the tiki shape fry till it becomes crispy and golden brown in colour serve with your choice.
