Cooking Instructions

Wash chicken, marinate with turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and yoghurt. Let it be for at least 1 hour

Grind tomato, ginger, garlic, Kashmiri chilli,

Keep a pan, add oil and fry onion until light brown. Now add ground paste and stir for 10 min, now add marinated chicken and black seed

Cook in high flame for 5 min, add 1 cup of water, cover and cook in medium flame until chicken become soft

Now the tomato achari chicken is ready to serve with plain pulav, ghee rice etc.
