Ingredients

  • 1 cupgram flour
  • 2 tbspmilk
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 1/3 cupghee
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup+1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp saffron milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Take big bowl add gramflour mix 2sp milk & ghee & crumble them

  2. 2

    Keep aside for 10 mnts. Then sive them..

  3. 3

    Take a pan add 1/4cup of Clarified butter roast in slow flame until Brown

  4. 4

    Make sugar syrup mix roasted gram flour & cardamom powder mix well add saffron milk

  5. 5

    Pour grease plate &set them..

  6. 6

    Cut your favorite shape
