Ingredients

8 dozen
  • 1 c.butter
  • 1 c.oil
  • 1 c.sugar
  • 1 c.powdered sugar
  • 1 tspcream of tarter
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tsp.salt
  • 1 tspsoda
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 4 c.plain flour

Steps

8 mins.
  1. 1

    Cream oil, butter and both sugars.

  2. 2

    Add eggs and vanilla.

  3. 3

    Sift in the dry ingredients. Stir and blend well.

  4. 4

    Roll a spoonful of dough in granulated sugar and place on greased cookie sheet.

  5. 5

    Press down lightly with a fork.

  6. 6

    Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes
