Dry Masala Brinjal
Delicious receipe goes with roti, paratha and rice..
Steps

Cut the brinjal horizontally. Then lightly fry the brinjal with salt and turmeric powder.

Make a paste with tomatoes, garlic and chillies.

Once the paste is done then add coriander powder, salt and red chilli powder. Mix all properly.

Now in the same pan add oil. Once oil heat add black cummings. Once it spluttered then add the tomato paste.

Cook all for 10 minutes in a low flame. Then add the fried brinjal on it. Cover the pan and let it cooked for 15 minutes in a low flame. In middle change the brinjal side.

Once brinjal cooked garnish with chopped coriander.
