Boil 4 eggs

In a pan add oil and let heat

Add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and onion

Saute untill onions turns soft

Add in chopped tomato and let it cook

Add in paprika, turmeric,coriander powder, kitchen king or garam masala and mix well

Add in ½ cup of water and let cook

Add salt as per taste

Once the gravy thickens, add 2 eggs and cover the eggs with the gravy.(do not stir or saute)

Let it cook for anothet 3 to 4 mins

Transfer it to a serving plate

Add coriander

Have it with rice or roti

Can also have boiled eggs.just sprinkle some paprika and salt on it
