Make a medium soft dough with water and salt add little ghee or oil and keep covered for 1/2hr.

Mash the potatoes well and add all the masalas, red chilli powder, kuti mirch, zeera dhania, garam masala, haldi and khatai.

In very little oil fry onions saute karen till light golden add the alu mixture aur bus thora sa cook karen

Flame se utar ke dhania and green chillies add karen. Cool karen

Roll karen roti ki tarha aur size barabar hona chahye.

Ab I roti pe Aloo ka mixture spread karen aur level karen. Aur is pe dusri roti rakhen aur press karen belan se, edges ko fingers se press kar dein achi tarha.

Ab garam taway pe dalen aur senk lein roti ki tarha, jab ho jae to turn karen aur 5sec bad ghee dalen aur cook karen crispy ho jae to palat dein, aur thora ghee dal ke paka lein, press karti jaen spoon ya chimte se. Jab achi tarha colour a jae to nikal lein.
