Ingredients

45 min/1 hour

  • 3eggs
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 1 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cupchopped walnuts
  • 3 cupswheat flour
  • 3bananas diced
  • 600 gramscrushed pineaplle with juice
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 cupcoconut shavings
  • 1 tbspcoconut butter

Steps

45 min/1 hour
  1. 1

    Cook diced bananas with coconut butter until golden.

  2. 2

    Mix everything until well

  3. 3

    Spread coconut shavings on top.

  4. 4

    Bake in preheated oven (180o C) during 45 min/1 hour.
