Steps

Take a big bowl add mutton mince in it add all spices in it add 2tsp ghee or butter in it

Mix well mix papaya paste in it

Chopped all it in a chopper and rest it for 3 hours in fridge

Take a sekh stick make kabab in it slowly take it out
- 5
Fry in nonstick pan in a low flame until it tender

Turn it and fry four side when it becomes brown

Same procedure applied in all

Serve with salad and ketchup
