Ingredients

30 to 40 mins.
4 to 5 people
  • 6 tbspRice flour
  • 6 tbspsemolina
  • 4 tbspbesan
  • 1 tspginger chilli paste
  • 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • As required Water
  • 1 tbspFruit salt
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder

Steps

30 to 40 mins.
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and make lil thick batter. Mostly half cup of water needed.

  2. 2

    Give rest for 10 mins.

  3. 3

    Take a steamer and put 2 cups water and boil the water.cover the lid.

  4. 4

    Take a plate and grease with oil.

  5. 5

    Now add half lemon and fruit salt in batter. Mix it well now.

  6. 6

    Now spread batter on plate. Sprinkle red chilli powder on it.

  7. 7

    Now steam it 15 to 20 mins.

  8. 8

    Now apply oil with brush. Cut it with knife.

  9. 9

    Now serve hot. It can serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
