Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 1Raw Banana
  • 1 Cupgram flour
  • 1 teaspooncorn flour
  • 1 teaspoonchili powder
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  • Half teaspoon turmeric Powder
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • to tasteSalt
  • As required Oil to fry

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel and slice the Raw banana and rinse it.

    In bowl all other ingredients.

    Add water and prepare slightly thick batter.

  4. 4

    In a pan heat oil, one by one dip the slice of banana and deep fry till golden colour.

    Serve hot.
