Boil the plantains with the peel on.

Once the plantains are cooked, mash them with a fork or in a food processor. Add salt to taste.

Add the oats or cornmeal to help with consistency, along with the cinnamon and chia seeds.

Shape the dough into small balls.

Flatten each ball, fill with your desired filling, fold, press the edges to seal, and cut with a mold or cup.
