  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 tablespoonorganic oil

  • 1.5 kgchicken

    Add all the ingredients in the water with the chicken

    Then put it on medium heat

  3. 3

    When water dries and chicken is cooked take it off the heat
