Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4sausage links
  • 1small Green Pepper
  • 1small Red Pepper
  • 1small Onion
  • 1/2 cupRed Wine (or more)
  • Sage
  • Italian Seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut links with kitchen scissors into bite size pieces

  2. 2

    Dice peppers and onion into large bite size chunks

  3. 3

    In a large skillet combine a little oil sausage peppers and onions. Cook on medium high heat until sausage is no longer pink and veggies are tender crisp. Pic is at start

    Add wine and seasoning

  5. 5

    Reduce for about 3 minutes
