Steps

Mix all flour with curd and add a pinch salt. Make batter smooth. If required as some water

Keep batter aside for 20 minutes

Add 1/2 spoon baking powder or ENO in batter and mix well.

Put butter paper in a pan. Grease with oil and put batter in pan. Cover pan with a lid.

Keep pan on tawa on low flame and let it cook for 20-25 minutes... check if cooked properly. Switch off the flame and let it cool down

Take it out from pan. Remove butter paper and cut into pieces

Take 2-3 spoon oil in a pan. Add black mustard seeds. Let it crackle then add some water and 4-5 spoon sugar and few green chillies...

Let it cook for 2 minutes and when sugar got dissolved removs from flame

Sprinkle this sweet water on dhokla properly.. let it dip for 20-30 minutes and keep in fridge...

After 30 minutes you can serve tasty dhokla and can garnish with fresh coriander leaves and chillies
