  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbspDry coconut
  • 1/4 tspElachi powder
  • as requiredDry fruits
  • 2 tbspGhee

  1. 1

    Peel the boiled potatoes. Mash.

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in a kadhai

  3. 3

    Add mashed potatoes. fry medium flame light golden clr ane take. add sugar. stir continuously

    Fry 5 to 6 min slow flame.

    Garnish grated coconut. Elaichi powder

    Dry Fruit mix of yr choice. (Optional hai)
