Satisfying, super easy to make...

It's an easy three ingredient peanut butter cookie.

These peanut butter cookies are amazing! I think these are better than my other recipe. They are soft and chewy. Tip: bang cookie tray on counter 3 times and let them cool Halfway. Do not eat them straight away because they won't have as much depth in flavor. The cookies are best eaten slightly warm. Enjoy :)Makes 16 cookies. I put 8 servings because your going to want more than one ;p

1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 egg, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 pinch of salt
