Pick your Dagaa well as you put the sufuria in the jiko

Add 2 1/2serving spoon of oil

Then deep the Dagaa slowly by slowly into the hot oil

Turn with time untill it changes to brown color for 5minutes

Place it on a clean plate to cool.

Put a sufuria in a jiko,add the remaining 1 1/2servingspoon of oil until it becomes hot

Add the round chopped onions then turn untill golden brown

Add the green pepper

Turn with time as you add the tomatoes then use a wooden spoon to squeeze the tomatoes

Then add the cubes and salt

Cover to simmer for not more than 5minutes

Turn slowly as you add the Dagaa into the mixture

Cover and let it simmer for 10minutes......as you turn with time for it not to burn.

Serve it toasted with any greens like me I chose the Managu and Ugali using a White Vinegar Substitute....Enjoy your meal.......
