  • 1/2 kgyellow pumpkin
  • As per taste Sugar
  • 2 spoonsghee
  • 3-4Elaichi (powdered)
  • as requiredChopped dry fruits as per your taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and grate pumpkin.

    Take a pan add ghee and grated pumpkin mix it and cover it with lid fry it till it soft on low flame.

    Then add sugar and elaichi powder stir and cook until all of it absorbed by the pumpkin.

    Add chopped dry fruits and serve it
