Firstly preheat the tandoor on gas on high flame for 10 minutes

Make the fresh dough by mixing the above-mentioned ingredients for dough. Give it rest for half an hour.

Peel and wash onions and chop them finely.

Take some dough and roll into a chapati.add ghee on base and give a cut in centre and roll from one end to other and again roll into a chapati.

Take chopped onions into a plate and add salt red chilli powder chaat masala and finely chopped green chillies and mix well.

Now take the kalonji seeds in a plate and spread with the hand.

Take the Parantha in your hand and roll into onion seeds. Now on the opposite side apply water and put it into the hot tandoor and invert the tandoor on gas and cooks to nice golden brown.

Make all the Parantha like this and serve hot with butter on top and with Curd
