  • 9unripe bananas (matoke)
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel your bananas then wash them.In a cooking pan add water and enough salt let the water boil then add the bananas also let the bananas cook.

  2. 2

    After the bananas are well cooked heat some oil and then deep fry the bananas let it for atleast 15 mins.And serve.
