Take the chicken stalk into a pan(it's the water separated after boiling the chicken) add some crushed corns and the whole frozen corn salt, black pepper powder, vinegar and soya sauce keep stirring.

Add the cornflour slurry slowly while still stirring the soup.

Adjust the consistency you want. Now finally add an egg slowly while you are still stirring. It's ready serve it hot. Can add some chillies sas you like.
