Steps

Cut all the vegetables thin and long.

Cut sides of the bread and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.

Heat oil and add garlic, ginger and chillies.

Sauté for a minute on high flame.

Add all the veggies and sauté for 2-3 min on high flame.

Add all the spices and sauces.

Mix water and sides of the bread.

Mash the stuffing and let it cool.

Take a bread slice,wet it with water and put a small ball of stuffing.

Fold in triangle shape and keep in fridge for 15-20 mins.

Then either shallow fry in a griller pan with less oil.

Or air-fry them in air-fryer.

Serve hot with cup of hot tea and schezwan chutney.
