Peel yam wash dice and pour in pot, set the pot on fire add sugar and salt cook till tender

Grate your Scotch bonnet, green pepper, onion and garlic,

Wash motor and pistol, your grated veggies, curry, onga, maggi and your cook yam and pound it, then add your minced meat and pound again

Rub your palm with some veg oil, add small of the pound yam and roll to strip

Crack egg in a bowl add onga and curry then whisk, dip coated yam in the egg and coat the yam with crush cornflakes

Then fry on a medium heat till golden brown put on skewers and serve, i serve mine with chill juice 😋😋😋
