Sorghum extract (Jowar khichhu)

First take water in a frying pan and heat it on gas, then add cumin, ginger, chilli paste, salt and boil for 2 minutes.

Now add this sorghum flour and stir well. Mix very nicely with a fork or stick.

Now put the edge in a dhokla or tapala, put a handkerchief on it and put this khichhu on it for boiling let it boil for 2 mins.

Once it is boiled, turn off the gas, sprinkle oil, pickles, spices and sesame seeds in it and serve hot. Delicious and nutritious sorghum paste.
