Mix gram flour and semolina and add curd.With the help of whisker mix the batter.If there is need then add water for smooth consistency.

Add sugar, Turmeric and salt. And let it rest for 15 min.

After 15 min add lemon juice and eno.

Take a cooker,Add water for boiling.Take one bowl and Grease it.Add batter and put the bowl in cooker and steam it for 30 min.

For tadka:Take a pan. add Little ghee,mustrd seeds, Curry leaves, chillies, Sugar, Salt and water.

Check the dhokla with help of toothpick.If it is ready take out dhokla.And cut into pieces.Tadka spread on the dhokla.

Put dhokla in freeze for 15 min.And it's ready for serve.
