200 gmBesan (gram flour)
2 tspsugar
1 tsplemon juice
to tasteSalt
1 tspmustard seeds
1 tbspgreen chillies
1 tspcoriander leaves
2 tspoil

Mix all the ingredients except bagar.

Steam a dokhla for 20 minutes

Take a bagar put in oil add mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves

Garnishing with coriander leaves.
