1 Cupboiled and chopped potato
1 Cupsuji
1/2 CupYoghurt
4 pieceschopped green chillies
to taste Salt
as required Oil for frying

Mix suji and dahi together in a bowl.

Also mix boiled potatoes, green chillies and salt, mix well and rest it for 10 minutes.

Heat the oil and fry Pakore till golden brown and remove it from the oil.

Serve hot with coriander leaves, tomato chutney and enjoy.
