Ingredients

15-20 minutes
2-3 people
  1. 1 cupboiled noodles
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 1 tbsppomegranate
  5. 1/2 tbspblack salt
  6. 1/2 cupsweet corn
  7. 1 tbspschezwan sauce
  8. 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
  9. 1 tbsplemon juice
  10. 1 spoonchilli flakes
  11. 1 spoonoregano
  12. as per needOil for frying
  13. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  14. 1carrot chopped

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the noodles adding salt and water.

    In a Kadhai heat oil and then fry the noodles.

    Allow it to cool down and add all the ingredients.

    Take in a bowl garnish with coriander leaves and serve with anaar daana.
