This is delicious one pot meal , quick easy to make and nutritious as well.
Steps

Soak dal for 30 mins then cook with 3 cup of water, salt and turmeric

Knead flour, make thick roti, cut into diamond shape

Put these in cooking dal now put cover on cooker and cook for 2-3 whistles on slow to medium flame
- 4
Let the steam out open lid and amchur powder and prepare tempring
- 5
Heat oil add garlic and red chill cook till it become golden brown
- 6
Now pour on dish and serve hot... Enjoy
