Kasuri methi paratha
Steps

Take a bowl add atta, Kasuri methi, salt,onion, chilli, ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chili, coriander powder and all ingredients.

Add water as required, Knead a dough cover it take aside for 15 mins.
- 3
Heat a Tawa,and rolling the paratha. Place it on the Tawa, cook the paratha both sides properly.

Add ghee as required.cook until both sides crispy
- 5
Serve your hot paratha with some butter.
