Dum ke kebab
This dish is taught to me by my mother in-law
Steps

First of all chop 2 onions and squeeze out water from it

Add it in mince.add Ginger garlic salt cinnamon green chilli paste red chilli powder garam masala bread slice fried onions

Chop it finely in chopper till it became an even paste

Let it refrigerate for few minutes

Make kebab out of it with applying bread crumbs on it

Dip it in egg and fry it

Boil potatoes and slice it

Slice onions and tomato too

Now in pan putt fried kebabs than layer potatoes than tomatoes than onion

Then keep green chillies add salt red chilli black pepper on it

Add vinegar half glass water and 1/4 cup oil

Cover and give it on dum and enjoy
