Rice :- Heat a wok with butter. Sprinkled onion, ginger garlic and cardamon seeds & Saute for 2-3 minutes. Added soaked rice and chicken again saute for 3-4 minutes with salt.

When they spread their aroma then added yogurt-vinegar and stirring for 2 minutes. Then added enough water and covered with a lid & cooked for 10 minutes.

Made the mat with cucumber and carrot. At first cut them by knife and think sliced. You can check thz on YouTube videos.

Please switch off the flame when it vl be sticky and boiled..... Keep a side and spread them on Veggie mat. Rolled with plastic paper for set up at least 10 minutes.

For sauce :- Mixing all the ingredients together. Garnishing with edible leaf & pomogranate seeds.
