Steps

First boil the peas if it is frozen if it is not don't need to boil.

Then take a pan add 3tbsp of ghee add some whole spices like bay leaf as they releases smell take out of ghee

Now add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste the add onion puree saute it for 3-4 min.

Then add tomato puree and saute it for 2-3 min. Now add all the spices and cover it for 4-5 min. Or until the puree releases ghee

Take another pan add 1tsp ghee Saute paneer cubes in ghee with ginger and green chilli strands for a while then add it to puree. Along with peas.

Yummy matar paneer is ready go serve.
