Make some deep cuts into the chicken fillet.

For marination add yoghurt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder.,ginger garlic paste, garam masala and salt. And keep aside the marinated chicken for 30mins.

Heat the pan add butter and place the chicken fillet.

Grill on high heat for around 3mins and turn chicken fillet on the other side and continue to grill for 3mins.Next make lower heat and keep pressing the chicken with the spatula. Cook each sides properly until you get nice brown colour. Cook for 10-15mins. After remove into bowl.

Heat the charcoal until it's red in colour.In the bowl where the chicken is placed keep a small steel glass and place the coal in it and add some oil and cover the lid for 3-4 mins.

Garnish it with coriander leaves, onion and lemon. Grilled chicken ready to serve
