Firstly wash and cut round (ring) shape all Brinjals and put little salt in it,for few minutes,the. In a Plate,mix all Spices (coriander powder, Red chilli powder,haldi, little amchur, Salt)dip each Brinjals pieces and keep aside

In a Kadai put Oil when heating put each masala brinjals and fry for few minutes and then cover for few minutes till it's done and serve with hot chapati and Dal, very tasty
