Shreekhand is an integral part of
A traditional Maharashtrian and gujrati Thali.it is simply amazing how to the humble Curd transform into mouth watering Shreekhand Dessert in just a few simple steps.
Steps

To make the shreekhand,hang the curd in a Muslins colthe in a cool place for approximately 2 hours until all liquid was drained off.

Rubb the saffron into warm milk until it dissolves.

Mix together hung curd, powder sugar, cardmom powder,saffron mixture in a bowl and mix well with whisk.now add dry fruits and mix nicely.

Serve the kesar rajbhog shreekhand garnish with some dry fruits.
