  • Seasoning and spices (to taste)
  • Ugu leaves and spinach
  • 3fried sardine fish

    In a pot heat ur palm oil

    Add seasoning and spices

    Pour in water and add the diced yam

    Cover the pot for 15mint then add in ur leaves

    Lastly add ur fried fish and allow to cook for 5-10mint then it’s done
