Take a bowl pour gram flour, curd, semolina, sugar, oil, green chilli, Salt add beetroot juice mix well make a thick batter.

Take a bowl grees oil pour batter take a pan add water keep inside stand put in bowl cover the lid cook for 20 minutes. Now take a pan heat oil pour curry leaves, green chilli, mustard seeds when it crackle then pour in dhokla ready to eat.
