The first attempt outcome wasn't what i was aiming for as i didn't have all the spices i needed.. That's why i decided to recreate this dish again.. Funny thing this time also i didn't get all the spices i needed by the time i decided to do the dish again..but my goodness...the taste was still awesome

Cut your chicken into desired pieces and wash them well

Drain the excess water...add tumeric powder,salt, curry powder,garam masala, tanduri, garlic and ginger paste and lime juice...use your kitchen tongs to mix them well...however i used my hands

Put in on your well lit jiko and let it boil until the chicken is well done

When the water is all dried up..add a small amount oil and mix your chicken well...add your onions and continue stiring

Later on add your blended tomatoes or chopped tomatoes and mix it properly

Add in your hohos and stir well..add some little amount of water....you can serve at this point..however..if you love soup add a cup or two cups of water

Serve with ugali or any meal of your preference
