Take all the ingredients.

Add water and mix all the ingredients to make watery batter like rava dosa. Leave this batter for 5 minutes, if needed add more water for watery consistency. Put nonstick tawa on high flame.when it becomes hot, pour dosa batter with the help of glass to make dosa.

Sprinkle some oil or butter and let it cook on high flame for 2 mnts. When it turns little brown after 2 minutes, turn gas flame on medium to slow and let it cook for more 2 minutes or until the dosa becomes golden brown and crispy or when. It will leave it's side.

Serve this healthy instant jowar dosa with coconut chutney, sambar or podi.

Please first try making small dosa andif it won't become crispy then add 1 or 2 spoons of rice flour. To make dosa more crispy, put the dosa on slow flame.
