First need to prepare the mutton keema. Boil the keema with salt.

Now make a ginger and garlic paste.

Then in the paste add cuming, coriander, turmeric and red chili powder. Add salt and cinnamon powder. Mix all properly.

Now in a pan add oil. Once oil heat then add the masala paste. Mix well. Then add the mutton keema on it. Mix well until it becomes dry.

Now take 4 bread slices. Cut the bread edges.

Then in a pan/tawa add ghee and fry the bread till golden brown.

Then take the cheese slice. Cut it into four pieces or can be use 1 whole cheese slice.

Then place the cheese slice on the top of fried bread. And then put the keema on top of the cheese. Mutton keema canopies is ready to serve.
