Steps

First peel the mushrooms slowly and cut it.

Take a pan put oil and add onions into it. Sorte it till golden colour.

Now add chopped tomatoes and sorte at low flame till it becomes soft.

Now add chilli powder, coariander powder, Turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, garlic powder or paste, chilli powder and mix it well.

Now add water and mix it well. After that add mushrooms and cook them at low to medium flame.

Now add garam masala and salt and mix it.

Cover it for 5 minutes & it's ready. Serves hot with naan, roti or chapati and raw onion.
