Steps

Take roasted chana and make a fine powder. Sieve it.

In a bowl take ghee and powder sugar. Mix well. Whisk it for two minutes until it turns to creamy form.

Add chopped almonds and cardamom powder in it. Mix well.

Add roasted chana powder in it and combine them.

Now add rose water in it. Mix well with your hands and make a dough.

You can add some more ghee while binding if required.

Apply ghee on your hands and take a small portion from the dough and roll it in round shape

Press it from the middle with the help of thumb.

Decorate it with almond slices and serve it.
