Mixed vegetable crispy pakoda

Take a bowl and add gram flour..

Then add rice flour,ginger garlic paste,ajwain,cumin,souf,asafoetida mix it..

Now add all vegetable and mix it...

Add red chili powder,coriander powder,chat masala,garam masala,cumin powder,salt, baking soda and mix well again..

Now add little water 2-3 tbl spoon and mix everything with hands and make a thick better..

Heat the oil at medium high heat and drop pakoras in oil.

Turn and cook them till they are golden brown

Mix vegetable pakoda is ready

Serve with kechap or chutney..
