Drumsticks and Potato Masala Fry

Off late, we came to know that Moringa leaves and fruits are immunity booster. The fruits of Moringa , is known as drumsticks. Besides a lot of antioxidants (known for immunity booster), more vitamins and micro nutrients are in Moringa plant. As it has iron, so good for expecting mother.
In this recipe drumsticks combined with potatoes are shallow fried with masalas, giving an awesome taste. This dish can be used as a side this or relished as snack.
Drumsticks and Potato Masala Fry

Clean, wash the drumsticks and potatoes.

Chop potato, round with 1 inch thick. Chop drumsticks 3 inch wide.

Microwave the chopped drumsticks and potatoes with salt and turmeric (no water)for 3 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok. Fry the boiled veggies on high flame for 1 minute and then on medium flame till crunchy.

Bring down from flame. Add fried cumin and chaat masala, mix well and serve hot.
