Ingredients

4-5hrs
4-6people
  • 2 cupYellow moong dal
  • 1 cupgreen moong dal
  • 1/4 cupchana dal
  • 2-3dry red chillies
  • 4-5green chillies
  • 1 tspginger
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • 2 tspCoriander leaves
  • as neededoil for cooking

Steps

4-5hrs
  1. 1

    Soak dal for around 4 hrs

    Grind the dal with dry red chilli, green chilli and ginger

    Pour the batter to a pan & add all the spices.

    Heat a tawa... pour 1/2tbsp batter and spread outward to make a dosa.

    Apply some oil.. flip and cook from both the sides.

    Serve with chutney.
