Steps

Pour the water in the vessel and steam the rice

Chop all the vegetables finely

Make ginger and garlic paste
- 4
In a pan heat the oil and put all the vegetables and cook it for 5 minutes. Then put red chilli sauce, soya sauce, Schezwan chutney and fried rice masala and Ginger garlic paste. Then mix the prepared steamed rice and add salt. Cook it for almost 5-10 minutes
